We dwell in the Spirit
when not in the flesh
apart from the Spirit
we’re deep in the flesh

The flesh will condemn us
the flesh will corrupt
alive in the Spirit
or dead in the flesh

The spirit’s alive
when the flesh is dead
as the spirit dies
we’re prey to the flesh

To live in the Spirit
just deny the flesh
life is in the Spirit
while the flesh is death
